Specializes in maintenance and light repair work.  Focuses on quick, high volume jobs (brakes, tires, filters, batteries, performs any and all repairs and service as indicated on Vehicle Inspection Report or Repair Estimate Order. Handles multiple tasks quickly and efficiently Utilizes Quick Lane processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction Efficient and effective service operations.

*Technical school - EPB or equivalent preferred

*Auto technician certification

*Driver’s license

Certification preferred in one or more of the following areas:

  • Electrical or Electronic Systems
  • Brakes
  • Heating and Air Conditioning
  • Suspension and Steering
  • Manual Drive Train and Axles
  • Automatic Transmission and Transaxle
  • Engine Performance
  • Engine Repair


The core task of the position is to support the various Body Shop technical processes within our Company.

Tasks of the Body Shop Technician:

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual labor skills;
  • Efficient in all repairs to finish in a timely manner;
  • Experience with fiberglass, steel, aluminum and many other materials;
  • Deep knowledge of types of auto body paint and finishing;
  • Excellent ability to match and coordinate colors;
  • In-depth knowledge of auto body painting techniques and supplies;
  • Prepare vehicle for painting process by cleaning filling in dents and removing any rust;
  • Tape and cover all parts of the vehicle not being painted;
  • Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities and love for vehicles;
  • Is able to work structured and accurate under pressure;
  • Special attention to detail;
  • Years of experience in collision repair;
  • Ability to work independently or with the colleagues of the Body Shop Department.

We are looking for someone with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, a highly developed customer service orientation and the ability to work independently and efficiently, but is also a team player.

Knowledge and experience required are:

  • Certificates in repairs and refinishing techniques;
  • Years of experience in collision repair;
  • Language proficiency: Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish
